Mr. Echevarria is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Vixicom, LLC., where he heads the organization’s administrative and financial operations. His expertise spans over 9 years in the contact center industry where has managed, at various points, over 950 employees. Luis’ strong academic roots in engineering and business enable him to analyze and develop pragmatic solutions to the complex challenges found in today’s business climate.

Mr. Echevarria’ results-driven leadership and proven business acumen have been critical factors in Vixicom’s evolution from a 4-agent telco reseller to a multi-million dollar world-class service organization.

Luis holds Masters Degrees in Business Administration and Logistics Management as well as Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering.
