 Mr. Echevarria is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Vixicom, LLC., where he heads the organization’s administrative and financial operations. His expertise spans over 9 years in the contact center industry where has managed, at various points, over 950 employees. Luis’ strong academic roots in engineering and business enable him to analyze and develop pragmatic solutions to the complex challenges found in today’s business climate.
Mr. Echevarria’ results-driven leadership and proven business acumen have been critical factors in Vixicom’s evolution from a 4-agent telco reseller to a multi-million dollar world-class service organization.
Luis holds Masters Degrees in Business Administration and Logistics Management as well as Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering.
Ramon Rojas
COO
 Mr. Rojas is Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Vixicom, LLC., where he directs the organization’s complex floor operations as well as its business development functions. He is known for an innate ability to make decisions and execute in high-pressure environments, drawing on deep industry experience. Mr. Rojas has engineered unique quality processes which firmly uphold the exponential business growth that he has been key in driving.
Ramon is a 16-year contact center industry veteran and has managed cornerstone clients such as AT&T, Sprint, Cingular Wireless, and Qwest. He has also served as the Director of Sales for Supra Telecom, where the management of 2 international operations fell under his core responsibilities. Mr. Rojas hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.
Jose A. Llavona
CFO
 Mr. Llavona is Chief Financial Officer of Vixicom, LLC., With more than 25 years of experience on the financial and technological area Jose A. Llavona has been management head of important projects that have taken place in the Dominican Republic.
Jose Llavona is an Industrial Engineer with a Graduate Degree and MBA in Value Based Management.
Chris Anderson
VP, Sales
 Mr. Anderson is Vice President of Sales at Vixicom, LLC., He has been an executive in the contact services industry for more than 18 years. His area of expertise is business development, and spearheading new business initiatives . He has assisted in completing complex contract negotiations for several Fortune 50 companies. Chris has a very unique style, which builds strong, long-lasting relationships.
For the last decade, he has had a very successful career as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a large contact center, in which he cultivated multinational accounts on four continents.
Chris is a member of several industry specific organizations including the DMA, ATA, CCNG, to name a few.
Jeff Reed
Senior VP, Business Development
 Mr. Reed is Senior Vice President of Business Development at Vixicom, LLC., Where he heads up all new business initiatives as well as solutioning for growth of existing accounts. He has 16 years of experience in call center outsourcing with one of the largest global outsourcing providers where he held senior positions as Director of Program Management/Client Services and Director of Business Development.
Jeff brings his expertise of the Direct Response industry to Vixicom where he has served on committees and is well known in the industry. He is known for getting things done and has been a "go-to" player for internal management as well as clients and prospects.
Mr. Reed graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Communications with emphasis during his studies in Marketing and Sales.
